Centres must also have an early childhood teacher (ECT) with an approved early childhood teaching qualification. Details on these requirements can be found on the ACECQA website here. MTA courses are standalone and provide important learnings about Montessori theory and practice for educators and teachers who are already working in the sector or who have completed a generic qualification.

What Students Are Saying

Our students love our new look courses. Here is just some of the great feedback we have received. Share your thoughts at [email protected]

“I liked that each lesson included videos and step-by-step exercises. Very well organised and conceived. By following through each module, I was able to learn and build on the concepts with minimal questions or frustration. It taught me what I was looking to learn, was well organised, and well-paced. I’m already applying what I learned at work.”

Lara - FDC Program Coordinator

“As a mum of two, your course gave me a great introduction to Montessori Education. It has helped me to understand the theories better so I can talk more easily to their teachers about what they are doing at school. It helped me with preparing my home environment too. Thank you!”
